We use the Scoville Scale to categorize our products, ranging from 'Mild' (0-2,500 SHU) to 'Atomic' (1,000,000+ SHU). Each product page features a heat rating to help you find your perfect match.
How long does shipping take within North America?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location but generally take 3-7 business days for standard delivery.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do your sauces require refrigeration after opening?
