Citrusy and a little acidic, the fruit of the sea buckthorn is the perfect ingredient for a hot sauce where you want big, bold flavours.  Combined here with fruity Habanero peppers you get a sauce that is both tart and a little sweet at the same time. Pair with seafood, chicken, soups and sauces.
